On the back is a copy of the description of the picture, which in the original (ficklersches inv. 1598) reads: >>no 2801 another tablet, on which is a portrait of a woman called the amedlithin, who persuaded the people of munich and augsburg with her fictitious holiness, as if she ate nothing and was only sustained by the grace of god, but finally, after her deception had become apparent, she left augsburg for the rhine and took a man there, and because of her behavior, both the man was hanged and the woman was killed<<.
