the funeral procession of baron w. J. G. Bentinck, rear admiral of holland and westfriesland, on the kloveniersburgwal, on august 28, 1781. The procession heads towards the nieuwe doelenstraat, on its way to the nieuwe kerk on dam square where baron bentinck will be buried in the choir. The houses in the background are kloveniersburgwal 72-100 (from left), with the oudemanhuispoort between numbers 78 and 80. Provided with a detailed description of the funeral. Technique: etching. .
