view from the city wall at the nieuwe vaart in an easterly direction. At the front right is the outer waste water mill on the funen. To the left is the diemerdijk, the current zeeburgerdijk, with the continuation of the nieuwe vaart. Jaap hannes stronghold in the front left and behind it some mills in the stads rietlanden. The gooyer mill was subsequently rebuilt on the base of the outer waste water mill. Drawing attributed to hendrik tavenier.
