The name of the illustration can be found on page 11 of the pdf file, while the illustration appears on page 123. It was once again republished in the picture book beauty and the beast in 1910 (link to page), along with the fairytales of "beauty and the beast" and "the frog prince" (the book should not be confused with the toy book beauty and the beast from 1874, which only contains "beauty and the beast").
