Kiselev (1766-1831), a paper yarn merchant, who was a serf of the novosiltsevs until 1779. He traded with england, distributed raw materials and supplied russian manufacturers with them. The kiselevs had a library, a collection of icons and early printed books, and were known for their charity. They built a bridge, a church and barracks in shuya. V. A.
