Two states yachts becalmed with the dutch fleet at anchor in the centre, a port broadside view of a states yacht becalmed, firing a salute. There are boats alongside to starboard. Ahead of her is the port quarter view of another yacht also saluting and with her boats near her. A number of ships are at anchor, mostly bow view, in the background.
