A boat is pulling close on her port bow. On the left, the fore part of a ship, starboard side, showing only her bowsprit and fore lowermast. There is a ship at anchor in the right distance. This is a pencil drawing by the younger, signed in brown ink with part of the signature ‘w. V. Vj. ’
