Left: the courtesan agemaki (banto shuka i), yarite matsu (?) and shinbei (?). Centre: hanakawado sukeroku (ichikawa danjuro viii) holding a pipe between his toes, the courtesan shiratama (ichikawa shinsha) and fukuyama inosuke (?). Right: ikkyu (ichikawa kodanji iv) seated, asagao senbei (ichikawa hirogoro i) and kanpera monbei (nakayama ichizo i) holding robes (right). Performed at nakamura-za theatre, third month, 1850.
