The triumph of caesar; centre, caesar, viewed from the front, on a chariot drawn by four horses; to left and right, roman soldiers ride alongside, while chained slaves on foot accompany the procession; below, a cartouche displays a roman soldier setting fire to a funeral pyre, from which an eagle rises.
