Rafael sotomayor baeza (melipilla, september 13, 1823-yaras camp in tacna, peru, may 20, 1880) was a chilean lawyer and politician. Plenipotentiary minister of war on campaign during the pacific war and main organizer of the tarapacá campaign in the first phase of the war.
