Peter anker attended the meeting of notables on 16 february 1814, together with his brother carsten (owner of eidsvoll verk) and cousin peder anker. Peter anker was governor-general of the danish colony of trankebar in india, 1788-1807. Gray hair, red uniform with silver epaulettes. Holding a two-brimmed hat w/feather in right hand.
