Jubilee Review RMG PV3271, William Lionel Wyllie, circa 1897

Jubilee review original art: drawing. Inscribed at bottom left in an unknown hand 'review' and bottom right 'jubilee review' of which only the last word is clearly in wyllie's hand. It is apparently a companion sketch to pae3270, and may related to queen victoria's diamond jubilee of 1897. The location is unclear though the solent an obvious candidate. Pvdm 2/13.
