Jubilee Review RMG PV3270, William Lionel Wyllie, circa 1897

Jubilee review original art: drawing. Inscribed 'jubilee review', lower right, but apparently not in the artist's hand. It shows a host of largely small craft, many dressed overall, with a few small merchant vessels and is a civilian affair - or only on the fringes of an unseen naval one - presumably for queen victoria's diamond jubliee in 1897.
