Ivan Enchev-Vidyu Bulgarian Folk Crosses 53, 22 July 1916

53. Tombstone with a cross in the cemetery of the village. Brusen, vrachansko. Carved 25-30 years ago from white limestone. On her face is carved a deep (2 cm) four-winged cross (2. 5 cm width of wings). Its lower wing has a support at the ends, on which two small four-winged crosses are carved shallowly (1. 5 cm). They carry one and the other three wings. Plate dimensions: 78x50x15 cm. Sketched on 22. Vii. 1916 (t. 9, obr. 92. ). Date: 22 July 1916.
