822. A double-headed eagle with a cross, a relief figure on the face of a marble tombstone in the cemetery in the courtyard of the church of the holy virgin in the city of plovdiv, dating from 1848. The cross is four-winged, isosceles, with outwardly expanding wings - engraved in a rosette on the body of the eagle. Drawing and technique good.
