Ivan Enchev-Vidyu Bulgarian Folk Crosses 494, 4 November 1917

494. Tombstone with crosses in the yard of the church "st. Georgi" in the town of kavarna - carved from white fine-grained limestone. When the upper part of his face is lowered, the following relief decorations are left: three rosettes, two cypress trees, angular (sewing) ornaments, a small isosceles cross with the monograms of jesus christ, and all this is also surrounded by a relief four-winged cross, on which the horizontal wings are small and quartered, and the other two are large and trapezoidal. Here the dates monuments are from around 1823. Dimensions: 72x31x9 cm. Sketched on 4. Xi. 1917 (vol. 10, obr. 11. ). Date: 4 November 1917.
