John moore, archbishop of canterbury 1783-1805, seated in a chair holding an infant which screams with raised arms. Beneath the title is etched: 'seeing the people were so lost to shame, he thought it easier to beget than reclaim nb. This is the first instance of an a--b--p's lady having a child.
