The life of Jan Klaassen, told to the Dutch youth / by J. Schenkman

Jan klaassen is 'big of nose and high of back' and gets up to a lot of mischief. As an adult he becomes a soldier, a tightrope walker and goes to sea. After a mutiny he is thrown into the sea and ends up in africa. He prevents the murder of a prince and goes home, where he marries katrijn. 22 pages: hand-coloured lith //.
