Ivan Enchev-Vidyu Bulgarian Folk Crosses 127, June 1916

127. Cross - grave monument, roughly carved before the liberation war (50-60 years old) from calcareous tuff with large hollows. Four-winged; on its upper wing there is a trapezoidal large quadrate process instead of a cap; its lateral wings are very small; around the terminal outline is an engraved line which turns towards the beginning of the lower wing; his face is lowered, so that four crosses were formed in the carving: two larger ones above and two smaller ones [below]; all four-winged; an engraved cross adorns the uppermost part of the cross; inscription half-erased, bears date 1873. Dimensions: 120x53x33 cm. Sketched around the cemeteries of the city. Pleven in june 1916. (vol. 2, obr. 3. ). Date: June 1916.
