Satire on the french revolution. (british political cartoon); a satire on the terror. A sansculotte juggler balances on his chin a cup on the point of a dagger. In the cup sits a monster, with a cap of liberty made of daggers. He holds by the hair the decapitated heads of louis xvi and marie antoinette.;krumbhaar 248. Ascribed to cruikshank.
