Svend poulsen, gøngehøvdingen, and his gønger are on their way from the gjorslev castle to isefjord with the noble people. While they stays for the night in a hut ib abelsøn is standing guard. The swedish colonel per leijon is passing by and the two of them fights. Per laijon turns out to be stronger than ib abelsøn. The three comrades of per laijon discuss what to do with ib abelsøn but per leijon tells to let him be.
