Svend poulsen, gøngehøvdingen, and ib abelsøn has come to the søholm castle to hole the hidden treasures of the noblewoman elsebeth buchwald. They pretends to be the father and brother of the dead curate tange, but the swedish officer at the castle is skeptical. But then the evil kulsoen joins them, pretending to be the mother of tange.
