Dagger the dagger depicted in drawing no. 106 is listed under no. 10 in the inventory of the armoury chamber: “a dagger of damask steel; the handle, mouth and tip are made of jad, strewn with diamonds, emeralds and red sapphires; on the handle are twenty-six diamonds, fifteen emeralds, sixty-six sapphires and two empty pieces; on the mouth and tip of the sheath, covered with velvet, are six diamonds, twenty-one emeralds and fifty sapphires. Entered the chamber in 1810. ”. Date: before 1853.
