The patriarchal carriage (image 1) according to the legend of the former kolymazhny dvor, this carriage was called the patriarchal; according to the inventory of 1706, it entered the stable treasury after "boyar nikita ivanovich romanov" and, therefore, must have belonged to patriarch filaret nikitich. In 1688, it was remade to meet the georgian king temuruz (teimuraz). The description of this carriage in 1706 from previous census books is as follows: "the carriage is velvet, with linings on top and on the sides, and the doors are upholstered in smooth worm-like velvet; in it, above the tsar's seat, there is a cross of chased gilded silver; above the boyar's seat, there is a cross of carved gilded silver; along the top of the carriage, near the border, there is wide forged silver lace; along the carriage the places are nailed with silver golun; on the carriage there are eleven gilded iron domes; along the border at the top near the carriage there are nailed smooth gilded copper nails, and under them golden fringe is nailed with small smooth gilded nails; in the carriage and in the doors there are eight mica windows, the frames are painted with gold leaf; in the doors under the windows there are two gilded copper stands on silk braids; near the windows along the doors and under the windows along the carriage and along the columns there is nailed silver golun with gilded copper nails; below the windows it is nailed with small nails, in the serets between the golun there are sewn burrs of the same golun; between the burrs, along the columns, it is nailed with gilded copper nails; in the carriage, above and along the columns and doors, they are lined with gold burdock velvet; between the gold burdocks, silver burdock with scarlet silk, and with green; above in the middle there is a circle, around the circle of fringe there is gold spun with silver; in the carriage, under the top of the fringe, there is green silk with gold on the velvet; the top and sides are nailed with silver golun with gilded copper nails; in places there is a pillow of the same velvet; at the places along the edge there is a fringe of spun gold; at the bottom, at the place, it is lined with gold leather; at the door in the vestibule along the edge it is lined with silver flock, on it are golden grasses of silk of different flowers; in the outer places at the bottom there are two small tusheki covered with scarlet cloth; the front and back columns are wooden, carved, gilded with gold and silver leaf; ottuzhina and supports and belts, yarns and loops of gilded iron; in front and behind the carriage, between the columns, on the posts, openwork iron is nailed, on it are cut animals and grasses, on both sides gilded with gold leaf, on the columns there are four gilded iron domes; the lifting belts are trimmed with velvet, on them a silver golun; the frame and wheels are covered with iron, the cover is red cloth. That carriage was taken after the boyar nikita ivanovich romanov in the 1656 year (1656), and that carriage was remade to meet the georgian tsar temuruz in the 1658 year. And according to the census of the year (1692), that carriage is similar to the previous census book of the 1689 year. And according to the current census of the year 3 (707), that carriage is similar to the previous census book from the year (1692), but upon inspection, that carriage does not have silver crosses or two tushaks covered with cloth; the price of that carriage is one hundred and seventy rubles.
