Tsar's hunting knives the knives shown in figures 109 and 110, called podsaadachnye in old inventories, were received by the armoury chamber in 1810 from the st. Petersburg rustkamera under the imperial cabinet. The inventory of the stable treasury of 1689 and 1706 mentions the hunting whip shown in figure 110: "a whip with a copper openwork braid, on the braid there are nine gilded copper apples; on top, instead of bone, a tube is mounted with gilded silver on a chased surface; on it are four vinisks and three turquoises; on the bottom of the braid it is mounted with white silver, the column is drawn silver, without tails.
