Vertical rectangle. Recto, top: scene in cave of cyclops, the giant in the foreground lying on his side, his head supported by his left hand. A group of men are blinding his single eye with a spear. Flock of cyclops in background; below: a group of figures stand around a stone platform on which lies a man who is being eaten by an animal. Verso, figures in a grotto, at right. Prow of ship at left. Other figures on incline, left. Date: circa 1590. Dimensions: 15.2 x 11 cm (6 x 4 5/16 in.). Medium: brush and wash, laid paper, pen and brown ink.
