Battlecruisers at anchor, probably in the firth of forth, with a tug and other vessels the large vessel on the right is the battlecruiser 'lion'. The group on the left is the battlecruiser 'princess royal' with a collier alongside and a battlecruiser of the 'indefatigable' class beyond, either the 'australia' or the 'new zealand'. The date is 1917-18 and it is almost certainly intended to be the firth of forth. Date: 1917. Dimensions: 252 mm x 354 mm. Collection: Fine art.
