On the right wing of the eagle, in the first blue shield, there is a golden closed crown, under which a transverse silver saber with a golden handle, representing the kingdom of astrakhan; in the second golden shield there are two upright black bears, holding a red chair with their inner paws and two golden sceptres with their outer paws, representing the grand duchy of novgorod; on the third blue shield there is a silver angel standing on a green hill, representing kyovien. On the left wing in the first blue shield are two silver wolves standing upright and facing each other, holding with their outer front paws a golden bow, above which a golden crown hovers, and with their inner paws a couple of silver arrows arranged like a st. Andrew's cross, facing each other, for siberia; in the second shield on a silver field a black and crowned dragon, for the kingdom of casan; in the third shield on a red field a golden crowned and standing upright lion, holding a silver cross, for the principality of volodymyr. In the red central shield on the eagle's chest is a silver knight, st. George, killing a dragon, for moscow. A crown rests on the large shield, and around it hangs the chain of the order of st.
