Description design for a back wall with two wallpaper compartments and two empty compartments on either side of the port brisée in the dining room of huis drakestein on the lage vuursche the client was coert simon sander, who had bought the house and the manor in 1779. The back of the drawing mistakenly contains the name of gerrit la borde, friend and cousin of sander, who lived in the klein drakestein house and also had wallpapers painted there by andriessen. The wallpaper on drakestein was removed in the 1960s and subsequently installed in the right back room on the first floor of keizersgracht 672 (museum van loon). Wallpaper book, page 6.
