Abraham receiving the three angels. To the right two angels are sitting at a table. To the left abraham kneels holding a gilt jug. In the doorway behind them sarah listens to the prophecy. Part of five paintings that served as wall hangings of the achterzaal (back room) of nieuwegracht 6 in utrecht. Of the sixth wall hanging by jan van bijlert only a fragment remained, now in the centraal museum in utrecht. Object Type: painting. Genre: religious art. Date: between 1660 and 1663.
