Alexander philippus godon (1816-1899), assistant resident in sumatra, city councilor and alderman for finance of the hague, member of the provincial council of south holland, chairman of the management board of the nutsspaarbank, chairman of the board of directors of the academy of art in the hague. Godon was distinguished as officer in the order of the oak crown (1861) and knight in the order of the dutch lion (1895). In 1887 godon was acting mayor of the hague. Date: between 1875 and 1899.
