Two oval designs originally from one plate, separated and mounted as separate images: 'compartment ist. ' two waiters hurry past each other, exchanging some joke, one spills the contents of his kettle over the leg of a fat citizen who stamps with pain and rage, raising his cane. Behind, the lawn is surrounded by boxes or alcoves in which tea-drinking is in progress. 'compt 2d woodward del.
