Gourd with lid. Globular gourd split crosswise slightly above the middle. The stem attachment forms a handle on the lid. Decoration in the form of incised multiple lines parallel to the rim of the mouth on both lid and bowl. Date: 1892 (acquisition by the museum). Place of creation: Suriname.
