"Portrait of the Dauphin", Pierre Mignard I

So-called portrait of louis, grand dauphin (1661-1711), but is probably a depiction of his father louis xiv of france (1638-1715) identification proposed by user ecummenic (talk) based on the comparison with some portraits of louis xiv (see images below) and the lack of physical resemblance of the sitter of this portrait to other representations of the dauphin louis.
