Smedslätten's folk school was built in 1924 at alviksvägen 97, now äppelviksskolan, photo before 1939. Architect was georg a. Nilsson. The eastern wing of the elementary school was built into the new school in 1941-1942 and then became the bromma municipal girls' school. The architect was paul hedqvist. From 1968, the school was adapted to a municipal primary school under the name äppelviksskolan. The building had an external stairwell tower with side-mounted pulpit roofs and a school bell at the top. The school bell was moved to the west facade of the wing building, which faces the school yard. Date: 1920- eller 1930-talet.
