Oil on canvas, oval armine was one of four daughters of thomas, 2nd baron crew and his second wife anne, daughter and co-heiress of sir william airmine, 2nd bt. In 1699 she married thomas cartwright of aynho park (1671-1748), who was member of parliament for northamptonshire between 1695 and 1748. Date: 17th century.
