Obez'yaninov, andrei petrovich, lieutenant of the 33rd naval crew the portrait of lieutenant of the 33rd naval crew andrei petrovich obez'yaninov[1] in the collection of lithographs "portraits of persons who distinguished their merit and commanded active units in the war of 1853-1856" (vol. 1. - st. Petersburg, 1858-1861. - notebook xl) contains an erroneous attribution: a different name is indicated - nikolai. Therefore, this portrait is often attributed to andrei's brother - nikolai petrovich obez'yaninov (who later became a vice-admiral). However, nikolai served in the 37th naval crew and was not awarded the order of st. George, which is confirmed by his service records[2]. Date: between 1858 and 1861.
