Ivan Enchev-Vidyu Bulgarian Folk Crosses 232, 3 June 1916

232. Cross - tombstone, in the cemeteries of the town. Gorna oryahovitsa, carved after the russian-turkish war from gray, soft, friable sandstone. Four-winged; its upper wing is the largest, the lateral ones the smallest - all trapezoidal; the lower based on a quartered plinth, undivided by the cross. The zigzag ornament and also the inscription are barely visible - they [have] fallen away. Dimensions: 75x58x12. 5 cm. Sketched on 3. Vi. 1916. (t. 6, obr. 26. ). Date: 3 June 1916.
