The bear and its leader are variations of the motif plate 7, loc. Cit.;the bear holds a pole. A piper, two women and a child are at left, the woman with the terrified girl, the capuchin, both similar to loc. Cit. , a woman with a baby is at right, a boy in the rear. The setting is a street of a place near rome. Date: 1807–08. Dimensions: H x W: 20.4 × 27.9 cm (8 1/16 in. × 11 in.). Medium: paper, pen and gray ink, watercolor and black chalk.
