So-called portrait of marie angélique de scorailles (1661-1681), but is probably a depiction of isabelle de ludres (1647-1726). Identification made by ecummenic, based on the comparison with some portraits of isabelle de ludres (see images below). Date: between 1680 and 1700 (approach based on the sitter's clothing and hairstyle). Dimensions: height: 72 cm (28.3 in); width: 58 cm (22.8 in). Medium: oil on canvas.
