Vimmerby kyrka

Older altar piece, donated in 1701. The old altar piece created by kaspar schröder in vimmerby church from 1701 has three motifs: the crucifixion, the resurrection and god. It has been installed on the southern long wall since 1958 and was originally donated to the karoliner church, which was the forerunner of today's church, by colonel georg zelow at vinketomta and his wife christina dorothea posse.
