this sketch is part of a set of four panels presented in the competition organized by the city of paris in 1933 for the decoration of the courtyard of the girls' school on rue dupleix in the 15th arrondissement. The decor proposed by henri nozais links his landscapes to the tradition of the calendar cycle by representing each of the sites in a given season.
