Chiếu cần vương (詔勤王), the imperial edict by emperor hàm nghi (咸宜帝) exposing the crimes of the french invaders and calling on the people of vietnam to help the emperor in the fight against the french army. Many researchers consider this to be an authentic document, although it is not sealed, which makes it irregular as an administrative document. Date: circa 1885.
