Two alsatian women in schleithal and oberseebach costume. The two women are seen full-length, three-quarter front (quasi-profile for the one on the left) and seated on a chair. The woman on the left is wearing a long dress with a bow around the waist and a collar, as well as an embroidered bonnet tied around her neck. She stands with her hands crossed on her thighs, her gaze downcast. On the right, the woman also wears a long dress with a collar, with a large bow at the neckline. Its high hat is decorated with a bow on the front. She also has her hands crossed. In the upper left part there is also a sketch of a bodice. Date: circa 1858.
