Madonna and child, with saints francis, anthony of padua, catherine of siena and john the baptist; the virgin, centre, in fron of a landscape background, holding the naked child on her lap, sits on an elaborate high throne, partly supported by putti; the baptist, right, resting a long thin cross on his shoulder, pointing towards the virgin; st francis, left, kneeling; two angels hovering above her; head of putti appearing among the clouds behind her; printed in reverse. 1836 lithograph on chine collé.
