description:
the concave body of this ceramic with a round and everted lip rests on three rather triangular shaped feet. It has two small vertical handles. The exterior of the tripod is entirely covered with a painted geometric decoration. From one handle to the other, double horizontal and vertical bands distinguish three panels: in the center, a checkerboard and two small rectangles with cross-hatching form like a cross; an oblong pattern appears twice in the squares left free; the side panels have cross hatching; under the handles, double lines again form a cross. The lip is painted, as are the outsides of the feet. Mode of acquisition: purchase
