Ivan Enchev-Vidyu Bulgarian Folk Crosses 424, 10 October 1917

424. Tombstone with crosses in the yard of the church of the nativity of the holy virgin in the village of kongas, carved from white soft limestone. The slab is square, with three incense burners on the upper edge. On the face of the slab, four isosceles crosses with expanded ends and engraved lines parallel to their outer contour are carved. The middle of the crosses is larger. At the upper end of the plate is engraved with two concentric circles with stars - now half-erased; also a half-erased frieze decorates the edges of the plate. The plate is engraved with the date 62x59x17 cm. Sketched on 10. X. 1917. (vol. 9, obr. 44. ). Date: 10 October 1917.
