Field post letters from hans koch, vienna, world war ii, eastern front, 1922-1945 previous letter (1943-12-09) letter no. 211 (1943-12-10) next letter (1943-12-13) [i am perfectly fine and have an excellent appetite] and i am doing very well. The food is very good and plentiful. I am lying in bed and reading a lot and thinking about home. I am hardly in any pain anymore. The frostbite has gone away! the radio is playing in our room, it is beautiful. There is snow outside, how lovely it is to be warm. When poldi is on holiday, please say hello to him from me.
