View on london bridge on the day of its opening; a procession of people walk down the bridge, a large canopy behind them, people lining the streets lowering or raising their hats, the procession led by king william and queen adelaide; in foreground to right a group of men including guards and on the left a man waves his cap over the side of the bridge; the monument and st magnus rising in the background; after thomas allom, two creases present where the print has been gate-folded, probably into an unidentified publication.
