The weather still changes; snow, then it thaws, then it gets colder again, but it's not bad anymore. The russians are still calm. So there was an air raid warning at home again; did they drop bombs too? i can imagine the mood. Is kurtl lying in the hospital with his fingers? i wrote a letter to stanek for christmas, they sent me a card, but nothing has happened since then, i don't want to know anything about them! fml. Löffler wrote to me too. Mama, you're asking about vacation, yes, things still look pretty bleak there, but we'll hope for the best. Please send a few envelopes or f. P.
